According to the European ODR Regulation (Regulation on the extrajudicial online dispute resolution for consumer disputes) have entrepreneurs who sell to consumers, from 01.09.2016 the duty to place a link to the appropriate platform on her page (separated from the headings Conditions and Legal).

According to the notification on this website the service will be operational till the 01.15.2016.
