Der hEX ist ein schlanker Gigabit-Router mit fünf Ports in einem pflegeleichten Plastikgehäuse, mit dem Sie Ihr kabelgebundenes SOHO Netzwerk in allen erdenklichen Möglichkeiten managen können. Die Ausstattung des Routers basiert auf einer kraftvollen 880MHz CPU, 256MB RAM, 5 Gigabit Ethernet Ports und einer RouterOS L4 lizenz. Das Gerät unterstützt 6-30V Volt Input und kann genauso über passives PoE betrieben werden. IPsec Hardware Encryption (~470Mbps) und das Dude Server Package werden unterstützt. Der microSD Slot erlaubt eine verbesserte r/w Geschwindigkeit für Daten, die auf einer microSD Karte gespeichert werden.
