Der RB3011 ist ein Multi-Port-Gerät und MikroTiks erstes Gerät, das mit einer ARM-Architektur-CPU ausgestattet ist, die eine höhere Leistung als je zuvor bietet. Der RB3011 verfügt über zehn Gigabit-Ports, die in zwei Switch-Gruppen aufgeteilt sind, einen SFP-Käfig und zum ersten Mal einen SuperSpeed-USB-3.0-Port in voller Größe, um Speicher oder ein externes 3G/4G-Modem hinzuzufügen. Das RB3011UiAS-RM wird mit einem 1U-Rackmount-Gehäuse, einem Touchscreen-LCD-Panel, einem seriellen Konsolenport und PoE-Ausgangsfunktionalität am letzten Ethernet-Port geliefert.
